Finding Common Ground: Rebalancing the Mental Load & Reconnecting in Marriage
This 6 session program grew from both my clinical practice and my own journey navigating how parenthood reframes a marriage. I’ve sat with countless parents overwhelmed by the mental load, as well as stressed out moms seeking a practical, accessible way to bring hesitant partners into the conversation. Becoming parents doesn't have to mean losing your partnership. My goal is to give you a concrete roadmap to rebalance household stress, de-escalate friction, and restore genuine emotional closeness.
This program is designed for parenting couples feeling overwhelmed by the invisible mental load, daily logistics, and recurring household friction. It’s ideal for partners who want to shift from "co-managing a home" back to feeling like a deeply connected team, offering a practical space where even reluctant partners feel comfortable and heard. While long-term relationship growth takes time, this 6-session series gives you the essential groundwork to trade burnout and resentment for clear communication, shared ownership, and emotional closeness.
