Hi, I'm Rose.
I’m here to help you trade the "daily grind" for a sense of deep, steadying peace. I believe therapy should feel like your most essential restorative ritual, much like that first cup of coffee that grounds the rest of your day.
I specialize in helping adults navigate childhood trauma, life transitions, and relationship patterns. My goal is to help you move from feeling "stuck" to truly understanding the "why" behind your story. Using a mix of Psychodynamic, DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness interventions, we’ll work together to filter out the noise and find your footing.

Why Work With Me?
I consider my own therapy to be my greatest act of self-care, and my biggest "flex" is a simple one: I will never ask you to do something I haven’t done or wouldn't do myself. I’m right there in the work with you.
If you’re ready for a warm, virtual space to catch your breath and grow, I’m here to help.
Providing virtual therapy for individuals throughout California.
The "Human" Credentials
Beyond the education and professional license, I am a wife and mother of two littles. I am also a child of immigrants and relate deeply with those looking to better understand their cultural identity.
Outside of the office, you'll catch me reading novels, petting my forever "puppy" Truffles, or chasing my two little ones.
To My Client:
I want you to know that our work isn't a "self-improvement" project. I’m not here to help you fix a broken version of yourself; I’m here to help you finally feel at home in the person you already are.
Here is what I want for you:
Self-Acceptance: To stop the exhausting cycle of "fixing" and learn to love the person you are right now, exactly as you sit today.
Emotional Steadying: To give you the tools to feel in control of your feelings, so you aren't constantly overwhelmed by them.
A Kinder Inner Voice: To trade your harsh inner critic for a way of talking to yourself that actually supports you. This is the only "self-care" that lasts.
Meaningful Connection: To heal your own patterns so you can show up fully for your loved ones in a way that feels good, and finally accept healthy intimacy.
You aren't alone in this. I will never ask you to try something I haven’t been willing to do myself. We’re in this together, one quiet cup of coffee at a time.
Warmly,
Rose
